BT GROUP PLC ANNUAL REPORT 2021
Following release on 13 May 2021 of its final results for the fourth quarter and year to 31 March 2021 (the Results Announcement), BT announces that the BT Group plc Annual Report 2021 (the Annual Report) and the Digital Impact and Sustainability Report 2021 have been published today and are available on its website at bt.com/annualreport
A copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
The Annual Report, for those shareholders who have requested it, will be posted to shareholders together with the BT Group plc Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021 in due course.
For the purposes of complying with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR), additional information (including certain information contained in the Annual Report) is set out below.
Additional Information required by DTR 6.3.5
The following information, which is extracted from the Annual Report, should be read in conjunction with the Results Announcement which includes a condensed set of consolidated financial statements, an indication of the important events that have occurred in the reporting period and a description of BT's principal risks and uncertainties.
