Annual Report 2019 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP"), one of the UK's leading investors in modern primary healthcare facilities announces that it has today published its Annual Report and audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Annual Report 2019") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Copies of the Annual Report 2019, the Notice of AGM and the form of proxy for use at the AGM (the "Documents") are now available on the Company's website at www.phpgroup.co.uk.  Printed copies will be posted to shareholders later today.

As required under Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the National Storage Mechanism.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF on Wednesday 1 April 2020 at 10:30am. The voting results of all resolutions proposed at the Meeting will be announced as soon as possible after the Meeting.
