AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

GYG (AIM: GYG), the market leading superyacht painting, supply and maintenance company, announces, that following the release of its final results for the year ended 31 December 2019 on 22 July 2020, an electronic copy of the 2019 annual report and financial statements (the "2019 Annual Report"), together with the notice convening a general meeting (the "Notice") have now been published on the Company's website at https://www.gygplc.com/investor-relations/investor-relations-company-reports/.   The general meeting will be held at 10.30 am on 2 September 2020.

Printed copies of the 2019 Annual Report and the Notice will be posted shortly to registered shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.

As a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic, and in light of the UK Government's current guidance on public gatherings and the new regulations set out in the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, the Board has concluded that shareholders cannot be permitted to attend the general meeting in person.

The Company will hold the general meeting by electronic means with the minimum necessary quorum of two shareholders, in accordance with its articles of association.  The meeting will comprise only the formal votes for each resolution set out in the Notice.

Following the general meeting, the Company will upload to the Company's website a Q&A section which will answer any questions pre-submitted by shareholders.  Shareholders are invited to submit questions to the Company by sending an email to gyg@fticonsulting.com by 26 August 2020.
