AGM UPDATE AND CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT OF CFO

Dublin/London, 9 April 2020: Cairn Homes plc (Euronext Dublin/LSE: CRN) ("Cairn", or the "Company"), the leading Irish homebuilding company, today announces that its Letter from the Chairman, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been issued to shareholders.  As previously announced, the 2019 Annual Report was published on the Company's website on 27 March 2020 and has today also been issued to shareholders.

Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Further to the announcement on 8 January 2020, the Board also wishes to confirm the appointment of Shane Doherty to the role of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Board, each with effect from 13 April 2020. 

There are no details requiring disclosure for Shane Doherty under paragraphs 6.1.66 (1) to (6) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the London Stock Exchange.
