AGM Statement and Portfolio Up-date
DSM announces that at 2.45pm today, or immediately following the formal business of the Company's AGM, which is being held at Downing's offices at St Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6HD, the Management team will make a presentation to shareholders and other interested attendees about their investment process, the portfolio that has been established since IPO, and prospects going forward. The priority over the course of the next year will be ensuring that the strategic initiatives and work that has been undertaken begins to realise value for all stakeholders.
As at 21 June 2019, the portfolio was 88% invested. At the presentation, the Investment Manager will give details of the portfolio as set out below:
