AGM Statement

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM:IHC), the global medical technology company will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11.30am today and the Chairman, Mr Mark Abrahams, will give the following statement to shareholders:

"When we published our financial results in April 2019, I stated that we had started the new financial year with a very healthy order book.  I'm delighted to report that initial trading has been consistent with this position and remains in line with management's expectations.

The significant investment made over the last two years to develop new products, strengthen our operational team and obtain accreditation for our new products has put us in a strong position to increase sales of the higher margin products such as our Patient Warming System and to increase revenues. In the coming year, we expect to continue to increase the level of international sales, as we work with our distributors to develop markets and to search for opportunities that will ensure the Company becomes a world leader in Neonatal Intensive Care.

We are actively engaged with a wide range of experts and thought leaders in hospitals and Universities all over the world who are developing new technology to improve outcomes for patients. When an opportunity presents itself we will actively invest in these projects in order to fully develop them as commercial opportunities. Recently we announced signing a licence agreement with a major US based University ("Project Wave") and we look forward to being able to update shareholders on this exciting project as the year progresses"
