Shore Capital is pleased to announce that, further to its statement on 13 February in relation to the acquisition of Stockdale Securities Limited (the "Acquisition") and the subsequent Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) change of control approval announced on 18 March, the Acquisition of Stockdale Securities Limited completed on 31 March.
