Boston - 17 January 2018 - Allied Minds (LSE: ALM) today announces it has completed the sale of Percipient Networks, Inc. to WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. for an undisclosed cash consideration. The modest reduction to Allied Minds' group subsidiary ownership adjusted value (GSOAV) was materially offset by the cash received as a result of the transaction.
