Acquisition of Firecrest Services Limited

Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the support services group focused on acquiring and developing companies that provide critical testing and maintenance services, announces that it has acquired Firecrest Services Limited ("Firecrest") for an enterprise value of £0.26 million.  

Based in Oxfordshire, Firecrest was founded in 2003 and provides a range of fire safety services. For the year to 30 April 2018, Firecrest generated unaudited revenues of £0.9 million and EBITDA of £0.2 million.
