Following the announcement on 22 November 2019 in connection with the proposed acquisition of the Dutch insurance portfolio of Belgian-owned Argenta Bank-en Verzekeringsgroep N.V, Chesnara plc is pleased to confirm that all remaining conditions precedent to the completion of the acquisition have now been fulfilled.
