Voting Rights and Capital

 

 

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

 

RPS Group plc's capital consists of 275,740,469 ordinary shares with voting rights. RPS Group plc does not hold any shares in Treasury. The increase in the number of shares (46,218,880) from those announced on 28 August 2020 relate to shares issued in respect of the Company's Share Incentive Plan, Performance Share Plan and Equity Placing as announced on 3 September 2020.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in RPS Group plc is now 275,740,469.

 

The above figure (275,740,469) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RPS Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
