and Total Voting Rights
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4) announces that on 31 January 2019, the Company transferred 87,754 ordinary shares of 2 pence each out of treasury in order to satisy an exercise of options by an employee.
Pursuant to the above transaction, the Company advises that its issued share capital remains as 38,261,019 Ordinary Shares, with 32,998 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 38,228,021.
The above voting rights figure of 38,228,021 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
