Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that, as at 31 January 2020, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 470,152,855 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each.  All the ordinary shares have equal voting rights and there are no shares held in treasury.

 

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 470,152,855.

 

This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
