Total Voting Rights

 

In fulfilment of its obligations under DTR 5.6.1 R, Micro Focus International plc (the "Company") notifies the market that, on 30 November 2019, the share capital of the Company consisted of 333,384,907 ordinary shares of 10 pence each and a further 30,200,624 ordinary shares held in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 333,384,907.  This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
