Total Voting Rights - Voting Rights and Capital

 

In conformity with Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market that its issued share capital consists of 205,576,338 Ordinary Shares of 0.2p, each entitled to one vote per share. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The figure of 205,576,338 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
