In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, would like to notify the market of the following:

 

As at 31 December 2018, the Company's issued share capital consists of 876,738,843 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each with voting rights.

 

The above figure of 876,738,843 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GCP Infra, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
