In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Ashmore Group plc ('the Company') advises that as at 30 September 2018 its issued share capital comprises 712,740,804 Ordinary shares of 0.01p each. There are no shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 712,740,804.
This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ashmore Group plc under Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
