Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following:

 

Further to the announcement made on 1 February 2018, 223,648 ordinary shares with nominal value of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") were issued and allotted to the vendor of EWAC Holdings BV. Admission of these Ordinary Shares is expected to occur at 8:00 a.m. on 6 February 2018 ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital consists of 70,938,507 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

 

Accordingly, following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 70,938,507.

 

Following Admission, the above figure of 70,938,507 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
