Ultra's capital consists of 77,731,224 ordinary shares with voting rights. Ultra does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Ultra Electronics Holdings plc is 77,731,224.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ultra Electronics Holdings plc under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
