Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

 

Further to the Block Listing Application announcement on the 30 June 2022, Medica Group PLC (LSE:MGP, "Medica" or the "Company"), the UK and Ireland market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, has allotted and issued 4,799 of the 8,399 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares have been used to satisfy options under the Company's 2019 Sharesave Scheme. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares.

 

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company have 122,433,635 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, the Company hereby confirms that, following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company are 122,433,635. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
