Dublin, London, 6 February 2020 The Company received a notification on 5 February 2020 stating that on 4 February 2020, AXA Investment Managers was the holder of 5,428,974 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 4.50% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In its previous notification, AXA Investment Managers had a position in 7,159,180 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.50% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
