Echo Energy, the Latin American focused upstream oil and gas company, was today notified that Nusakan plc (formerly Greenberry plc) holds 40,118,865 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence in the Company representing 5.64 per cent. of the current issued share capital (following the increase in the Company's issued share capital on 11 November 2019).
