Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), the national financial adviser of choice for Middle Britain, announces that on 23 February 2018 the Company was informed that David Hickey had decreased his interest in ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by 1,450,000 Ordinary Shares.
Following the above transaction, Mr Hickey's resultant holding is 4,037,995 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.16 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
