Bezant, the copper-gold exploration and development company, announces that it has today been informed that the ultimate beneficial holder of the 239,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 18.82 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, registered in the name of Tavira Securities Limited, as announced on 6 January 2020, is Sanderson Capital Partners Ltd.
