Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Sigma Capital Group plc, the private rented sector and urban regeneration specialist, announces that 52,085 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("New Shares" and "Ordinary Shares") were issued on 9 January 2020 as a result of the exercise of employee share options by a former employee under the Company's approved and unapproved share option schemes.

Application has been made for the New Shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 15 January 2020.

Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 89,487,956 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  Therefore, following the issue of the New Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 89,487,956. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
