It is with sadness and regret that the board of Autins announces the sudden passing of Terry Garthwaite, non-executive director of the Company. The Board extends its heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to Terry's family. Our thoughts are with them at this most difficult time.
The Board wishes to acknowledge and express its gratitude for Terry's contribution to the Company ever since its IPO in 2016.
