This RNS has been corrected and republished to clarify that Rohit Malhotra will receive an LTIP award for the 2020 financial year, but will forego any annual cash bonus as had been previously stated.

Network International Holdings Plc (LSE: NETW) (the "Company"), the leading enabler of digital commerce across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), announces the appointment of Rohit Malhotra, Group Chief Financial Officer, as an Executive Director to its Board, effective today.

 

In addition, in line with the executive pay measures announced previously in the Q1 2020 Trading Update, Rohit has advised the Board that he will forgo any annual cash bonus (that would have been payable in 2021), but will receive an LTIP award for the 2020 financial year based on previously stated policy.

Biography:

Rohit Malhotra is the Group's Chief Financial Officer. Having joined the Group in 2010, Rohit has held responsibilities in finance for many years and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2015. Rohit has 20 years of experience in finance across the financial services and FMCG sectors. Prior to joining Network International, he was the Head of Financial Policy and Processes at Emirates NBD, where he led finance systems implementation across the Group. Prior to that, he led finance functions at both American Express and Nestlé in the South Asia Region. Rohit is a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute of the United States of America and a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
