GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, hereby gives notification; pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), that Michael Gray, a non-executive director of the Company, became a non-executive director of JTC PLC on 19 February 2018. JTC PLC was admitted to the official list and trading on the London Stock Exchange on 14 March 2018.
