New Board Appointment

 

Mast Energy Developments Plc (MED), the UK-based multi-asset operator in the rapidly growing Reserve Power market and currently with c. 20 MW gas peaker sites under its direct control and development, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Dominic Traynor as non-executive director to the Board of Directors with effect from 1 October 2021.

·    Mr Traynor is a London based company director and solicitor specializing in equity capital markets, and partner at Druces LLP, one of the City's oldest law firms. He specializes in corporate law, listings and takeovers, M&A and corporate finance. He advised on the structuring and listing of more than 30 companies on the Main Market and Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London stock exchange. Dominic graduated from the College of Law, York, and received his LLB from Durham University.

·    Concurrent with this new appointment MED advises that Mrs Candice Theron is stepping down from the BOD effectively 30 September 2021 to pursue fulltime business interests.
