Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Kenmare Resources plc (LSE: KMR, ISE: KMR) announces that Elaine Dorward-King, a Non-Executive Director of Kenmare, has been appointed as an independent director of Novagold Resources Inc. (“Novagold”). Novagold is a precious metals company focused on the development of its Donlin Gold project in Alaska and is quoted on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
