The Company notes that, with effect from today, Susanne Given, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Trent Limited, a company incorporated in India and listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and the BSE.

The Company also notes that, following the announcement by Murray Income Trust plc ("MUT"), Richard Laing, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of MUT, with effect from today.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.14R.
