Directors' roles and responsibilities

SQN Secured Income Fund plc, a UK-listed specialist investment trust with a focus on secured investments that produce regular income, announces that following Richard Hills' retirement from the board of directors at this year's Annual General Meeting held on 18 December 2018, Kenneth Hillen, currently an independent director of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee, will serve as Chairman of the Company.  Gaynor Coley, currently an independent director of the company, will serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee.  Both appointments are with immediate effect.
