Directors' Disclosures

 

LightwaveRF (AIM: LWRF), the leading smart homes solutions provider, makes the following disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

Mike Lord, non-executive director of LightwaveRF, was a director of AJ Way Limited which entered administration on 14 November 2018. The administrators interim report estimates that there will be a shortfall to creditors of approximately £1.5 million. Mr Lord was director of Jabez Cliff & Company Limited, which undertook a Company Voluntary Arrangement on 23 December 2013 and subsequently entered administration on 16 June 2014. The administrator's report for the period to 15 December 2014 showed a shortfall to creditors of approximately £1.4 million. The company was subsequently dissolved on 11 September 2015. Mr Lord was a director of Eurocare Showers Limited, which entered administration on 29 January 2015. The final administrator's report estimated a shortfall to creditors of approximately £1.5 million.

 

Kevin Edwards, Chief Financial Officer of LightwaveRF, was a director of Redweb Security (UK) Limited ("Redweb Security") until 31 January 2009. On 14 September 2009, within 12 months of Mr Edwards ceasing to act as a director, Redweb Security entered administration and was dissolved on 9 September 2010, with a shortfall to creditors (primarily comprising shareholder loans) of approximately £1.5 million.
