Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group, announces that Mike Gant has resigned after almost six years with the Company and will today step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer in order to pursue other interests.

Michael Williamson, a highly experienced financial executive and consultant, will join the Company and Board with immediate effect in the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer.

Michael Williamson has a breadth of experience across a number of sectors, including both full time and interim roles as Chief Financial Officer at quoted and private businesses. For the past three years, he has been working on an interim and consultancy basis for quoted businesses, private equity firms and entrepreneurs.

The search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer has commenced and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.
