At the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting, held earlier today the Company announces that Mr Patrick Firth has retired from the Board and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Following Mr Firth's retirement, Mrs Fiona Le Poidevin has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
The Board thanked Mr Firth for his contribution to the Company and welcomed Mrs Le Poidevin to her new role, as Audit Committee Chairman.
