The Company has been notified that Angela Knight CBE, Non Executive Director of Taylor Wimpey plc, will remain a non executive director of TP ICAP plc until their 2021 Annual General Meeting at the latest. Angela will continue to be their Senior Independent Director and will chair their remuneration committee with effect from 13 May 2020.
