Directorate Change

The Board of Directors of Ediston Property Investment Company plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Imogen Moss as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 April 2020.

Ms Moss is the head of global real estate at the law firm Allen & Overy, an appointment she has held for 5 years.  She has over 30 years' experience in the real estate sector advising UK and international institutional investors, private equity funds, sovereign wealth vehicles, real estate companies, public bodies and family offices on all types of complex commercial and residential real estate transactions.   In making this new appointment, the Board is diversifying and expanding its skill sets, with particular reference to senior legal and property experience. 

The appointment is part of the Company's wider succession planning process which will be commented on in the annual report and accounts which will be published shortly.

There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules in relation to this appointment.

Imogen will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting to be held in January 2021.
