BB Healthcare Trust plc announces that Siddhartha Mukherjee will be stepping down from his position as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 November 2019 due to his other commitments.
The Board acknowledges and understands the extent of Siddhartha's other commitments and would like to thank him for his contribution to the development of the Company since its IPO in December 2016.
Siddhartha Mukherjee commented:
"Due to other commitments and responsibilities, I have decided after much deliberation that it is the right time for me to step down as Non-Executive Director of BB Healthcare. It has been a privilege to serve as Non-Executive Director and to be a part of the Company's success."
Randeep Grewal, Chairman, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Siddhartha for the invaluable contribution that he has made to the Company over the last 3 years, during which time he has helped oversee its successful growth and continuing progress. Siddhartha has brought great experience to the Board and we wish him well for the future".
The Board will be commencing a process to identify a suitable replacement and a further announcement will be made in due course.
