CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board of Old Mutual is pleased to announce that Mr. I Kgaboesele has, in terms of the Board's succession plan, been appointed as Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee of Old Mutual, effective 25 September 2019. Mr. Kgaboesele is also a member of the Audit Committee.
The Chairman of the Board, Mr. T Manuel, congratulated Mr. Kgaboesele on his new role.
