As announced on 23 April 2019, Mr Pascal Duval has retired from the Board and Mr Tony Roper has been appointed Chairman of the Company both with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") held on 11 June 2019. The Board would like to reiterate its sincere thanks to Mr Duval for his skillful stewardship of the Company since its launch in 2017.
