Directorate Change

Countryside announces that Rebecca Worthington, Group Chief Operating Officer, is today leaving the Group and will be stepping down from her role and resigning as a director of the Company.

The Board would like to thank Becky for everything she has achieved over the past four years, in particular her contribution to the successful IPO process three years ago and helping drive the subsequent strong growth of the business.

Becky has been a key member of the Executive Committee throughout her time in the business and we wish her every success in the future.

David Howell, Chairman, said: "Becky has made an outstanding contribution to the business over the past four years.  She has been an excellent colleague and Board member during that time.  On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank her for everything she has done and wish her well for the future."

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
