As previously announced on 19 December 2018, with effect from today, David Lowden has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Huntsworth and its Nomination Committee. Hence Derek Mapp has stepped down as Chairman of the Board and Nomination Committee and has today resigned as a Director of the Company.
