As announced on 13 December 2018, André Lacroix stepped down from the Board of RB and retired as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2018.  

As required by section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, it is confirmed that André has not and will not receive any loss of office payments, nor will he be paid any further remuneration other than that accrued up to his date of leaving.

The Company's Remuneration Report for the year ending 31 December 2018 will include details of the fees paid to André during the period from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.
