Moss Bros Group PLC, the 'first choice in men's tailoring' is pleased to announce the appointment of Gareth Jones as a Non-Executive Director. He will join the Board on 14 January 2019.

Gareth was the CEO of Online at Missguided Limited from September 2017 until May 2018, where he played a significant role in developing its online growth. Prior to that he was the Deputy CEO and COO of e-tailer Shop Direct Limited, which he joined in 2009 and where he oversaw the successful transformation of the retail business from a catalogue business to a pure online operation.

Gareth will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee in May 2019, when, as part of the Board's succession planning, the current Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Zoe Morgan, retires after serving six years on the Board.

contribution that she has made and continues to make to our business. She has played an

important role in the repositioning of the Moss Bros brand, she contributes significantly

to all of our Board debates and she has led the Remuneration Committee with the utmost

We are appreciative of her support in ensuring that the execution of our Board and

Committee succession planning is done in a well-orchestrated manner, giving us plenty of

time to secure and induct her successor. We wish her well for her retirement."
