easyJet today announces that Adèle Anderson, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that, after seven years, she intends to step down from the Board following the Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting, expected to take place on 7 February 2019. She will also step down from her position as Audit Committee Chair with effect from 1 January 2019. 

Julie Southern, Non-Executive Director, who joined the easyJet Board on 1 August 2018, will become Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 January 2019.

In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Adèle Anderson will receive her fee as a Non-executive Director of the Company up to the date of ceasing to be a Director. No other payments will be made on, or in connection with, the loss of office.
