Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC announces the appointment of Simonetta Rigo to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 6 June 2018.
Simonetta started her career working for McKinsey and has over 20 years of experience in the global financial services industry. She has held key leadership positions at Bupa International, American Express and most recently Western Union.
Simon Miller, Chairman of the Company, said "I welcome Simonetta to the Board. Her skillset and experience will be an asset and I look forward to her contribution."
There are no further matters to be disclosed in respect of her appointment under Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
