The Company announces that it has been notified that Helen Mahy CBE, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director, senior independent director and deputy chairman of Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP"), a company which is listed on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, with effect from 14 March 2019 following PHP's all-share merger with MedicX Fund Limited ("MXF").
