Synthomer plc ("the Company") announces that Dato' Lee Hau Hian, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed a director of Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad ("CCM") on 15 December 2020.
CCM is majority owned and the subject of a mandatory takeover offer by Batu Kawan Berhad, of which company Dato' Lee Hau Hian is the managing director.
