Jill May, a non-executive Director of Sirius Real Estate, has been appointed as a non-executive Director of Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc with effect from 1 July 2020.
As announced on 1 June 2020, Jill May will be stepping down from the Board of Sirius Real Estate at the close of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 31 July 2020.
