Volution Group plc (the "Company", LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction markets, announces that Peter Hill CBE, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Petra Diamonds Limited (LSE: PDL) as Non-Executive Director and Chairman-designate with effect from 1 January 2020, and as Non-Executive Chairman on 31 March 2020.   

This disclosure is made pursuant to rule 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
